For the field

Simple enough to use in the mud, at 6am.

If a tool slows a crew down, it doesn’t get used. Everything here is built for speed of entry.

See it on a phone

Runs on the phone they already have

Opens in the browser, pins to the home screen. Nothing for IT to install.

Keeps working without signal

Drafts survive basements, tunnels, and dead zones — they sync when the signal returns.

Photos captured in context

Photos attach to the exact line item — not a gallery to sort out later.

Location and time, automatically

Each submission is stamped with who and when, plus GPS location when the phone provides it.

For the office

Structure the work. Own the record.

Set the job up once; the evidence builds itself as crews work.

Book a walkthrough

Project, phase, location

Mirror the real structure of the job — each level closes only when the work beneath it passes.

Your inspection forms

Pass/fail items, measurements, dates, notes, required photos — built once, reused across projects.

Roles that match the org

Admins and managers run the project; inspectors see only what is theirs.

Reports and closeout packs

Reports generate the moment work passes. Download them, and every document, whenever someone asks.

Document control

Versioned drawings and specs — the field never works from a stale sheet.

An audit trail by default

Every action is recorded as it happens, with author and timestamp.

How it works

From kickoff to handover

  1. 01

    Set up the job

Create the project, break it into phases and locations, and add your team.

  2. 02

    Build your templates

Configure the inspection forms your scope requires and assign them to locations.

  3. 03

    Inspect on site

Crews complete forms on their phones — online or off — capturing photos as they go.

  4. 04

    Close the loop

Failures become tracked deficiencies. Fixes get submitted, validated, and recorded.

  5. 05

    Hand over the proof

Download the closeout reports on demand, complete with evidence for every line item.

Records you can stand behind

Built so the record can be checked

Designed so that when questions come up months later, the record is there to answer them — attributed, timestamped, and exportable.

  • Every action attributed and timestamped
  • Photos bound to the line item they evidence
  • Deficiencies closed only by explicit validation
  • Role-based access enforced server-side
  • Reports generated from the record, not retyped
  • Reports, logs, and documents downloadable on demand
What’s next

On the roadmap

Pilot teams get a seat at the table on what we build next.

Live

Document control

Versioned drawings and specs — live in production.

Live

Inspection workflow

Set inspection dependencies so work is inspected in the right order — live on Pro.

Building

Drawing integration

Pin a deficiency to a spot on the drawing, so issues are seen in context.

FAQ

Questions we get asked

Straight answers about what the product does today — and what it doesn’t yet.

No. Thora opens in the phone browser and can be pinned to the home screen, where it behaves like a normal app — including offline use. There is no app-store approval step and nothing for IT to distribute, which is usually the difference between a tool the field adopts and one it ignores.
